In a post titled 'Chapter 40 Recap,' Heart expressed gratitude and excitement as she reminisced about the unforgettable night she had with her family and closest friends in the industry.

"A little over a month has passed since #Chapter40 and I still find myself all giddy inside from all the great memories we made that night," she wrote on the famous photo-sharing application.

Heart also shared how her schedule quickly shifted after the event, as she immediately headed to Milan Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week, making it difficult for her to post the recap.

However, the Kapuso actress still made sure to express her heartfelt thanks in her now-viral post, saying, "Soon after the celebration, I had to head to the jam-packed #MFW [to] #PFW rush, so I haven't been able to properly thank those who made it all possible!"

By the end of her message, Heart acknowledged everyone who contributed to her dream party.

"From the bottom of my heart, thank you to my family, friends, and amazing suppliers who made this dream of mine come true! Looking forward to what this beautiful chapter ahead has in store for all of us."
