This was confirmed by Police Lt. Col. Mercy Villaro, spokesperson for the MCPO, in an exclusive interview with Bombo Radyo Cebu.
According to a report by Manila Standard, the arrest followed reports of Baron allegedly causing a disturbance during a drinking session.
P/Lt.Col. Villaro stated that the police received an alarm around 3 a.m. regarding the incident
Baron was believed to be intoxicated, which allegedly led to the commotion.
In a separate report by the Inquirer, it stated that the actor, as a result, was placed in the custodial facility of MCPO Police Station 6 in Brgy. Canduman for violating Mandaue City Ordinance No. 11-2008-434, which penalizes public drunkenness.
P/Lt. Col. Villaro added that no one was injured during the incident.
The alleged violation Baron committed is classified as a misdemeanor, carrying a fine of ₱500.
After a short time, the actor was released and returned home after his wife paid the penalty.
The 42-year-old actor, who is married to a Cebuana, is known for his work in various films and television series.
He recently starred in the hit Netflix series "Incognito." Geisler’s career has spanned decades, marked by both critical acclaim and personal challenges.
