Regine Velasquez, a Filipina singer, just experienced an 'extreme' back pain while doing her run-throughs, which worried many of her fans.
On Friday, February 21, Regine took to X (formerly Twitter) and told the story about what she went through after feeling an extreme back pain.

According to Regine, she was doing a run-through and was waiting inside her dressing room, and was just sitting down the entire time as well.
However, while in the middle of one song, Regine decided to stand up after feeling a slight pain in her back when all of a sudden, it got worse.

"So yesterday I was doing a run-through, I went very early and was waiting in the dressing room. I was pretty much just sitting down almost the whole time. Finally, run-through na again, I was sitting down while I sang some of the songs, in the middle of one song, I decided to stand up kasi medyo sumakit na yung likod ko, dahan dahan pa ko tapos bigla na lang extreme pain that I was having a hard time standing up," she wrote.
In her online post, Regine said she could not even barely walk and tried her best not to show to everyone that she was suffering from pain.
"Like, I can't barely walk pero hindi ko na lang pinapahalata but I think everyone could see I'm in pain so I took some meds, waley, so I finished lang the run and went home. Gosh, the car ride was excruciating. Got home, took meds again, and hot compress. Was not able to sleep properly cause it was just too painful, hay. Took some meds again parang ngayon palang tumalab," she shared.
By the end of her post, the singer said she feels better now, but that a slight pain can still be felt.
"I'm ok now, it's still painful but not as painful. Buti na lang malayo sa lalamunan. Please pray for me, kasi normally when I'm standing with heels on, that's when my back would hurt. But yeah, I'll see you tonight. Lakas makamatanda! #OldPeopleProblem," the famous Filipina singer wrote.
