Jellie Aw was interviewed by the media anew following the mauling incident involving her and Jam Ignacio.

During the interview, the disc jockey revealed calling off her and her fiancé’s engagement.
According to a video posted by GMA News, Jellie was asked by a reporter whether she has regrets regarding their relationship.
“Panghihinayang, meron,” the DJ and influencer answered.

She went on to explain, “Kasi marami na kaming plano ni Jam eh. Plano na naming mag-baby, plano na namin talagang mag-family. Marami kaming plano ni Jam.”
“Nakakapanghinayang dahil sa nagawa niyang pambubugbog sa akin, nawala lahat,” she added.

Just last week, DJ Jellie was rushed to the hospital after taking serious physical injuries. From a Facebook post shared by Jellie and her sister, Jo Aw, the DJ-content creator was allegedly beat by Jam.
Also in Jellie's previous Instagram stories, she posted pictures of herself with her face bloodied and swollen.
She also captioned her photo with, "magkita tayo sa kulungan" and tagged Jam in it. Jellie later went to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to file a complaint against Jam.
Along with her friends, they went to the San Fernando, Pampanga office of the NBI.
Meanwhile on her Instagram account, Aw has been consistently sharing messages from fans and friends who are praying for her recovery.
"Lubos po akong nagpapasalamat sa mga nag-message sa'kin na nagpaparating ng kanilang suporta at panalangin. Sa ngayon po ay kailangan ko muna magpahinga. Maraming salamat pong muli," she wrote in one of her IG stories.
Based on their social media accounts, Jellie and Jam got engaged in November 2024.
