Sam Pinto, a former actress, gave a new update about her family after Anthony Semerad caught dengue and had to be rushed to the hospital.

On Instagram, Sam posted photos of herself and the kids on a plane, saying they were finally going home after their long trip to Japan this year.

According to Sam, they initially planned a '10-day trip' to Japan, but ended up staying there for 15 days so her husband could heal from dengue.

"After 15 days, we’re finally heading home. What was initially planned as a 10-day trip was extended to 15 days so Anthony could heal more from dengue. Given the rise in dengue cases, make sure to apply plenty of mosquito repellent, especially on your children," she wrote online.

Previously, reports of Anthony being rushed to a hospital in Japan worried a bunch of netizens.

"He had a very high fever ranging from 39 to 40 degrees, along with chills, headaches, joint pain, a loss of appetite, and nausea," she had recalled.

At one point, during one of her many updates, Sam expressed how tough it has been for her also.

"Had to do everything alone with a toddler and no yaya. In this weather pa," she confessed as well.

Many of her fans also worried even more when Sam showcased her 'stress rashes' amid the news.

Despite what had happened, many netizens were glad with Sam's new update about her and the rest of the family finally going home as well.
