On Friday, February 14, Chiz took to his Instagram page to write a heartwarming message for his wife who just turned another year older.

"They say life begins at 40. And if that’s true, then yours is just getting started! Happy 40th birthday, babe @iamhearte. Continue to soar higher! We are all cheering for you every step of the way," the Senate President had written.
Aside from Heart's birthday, Chiz said that they will also 'celebrate a decade of love' tomorrow.
