Sandro Muhlach, may panibagong post ukol sa kaso: "Hindi sila makakalusot dito"

Sandro Muhlach, a Filipino actor, has reacted to the Pasay Metropolitan Trial Court dismissing one of the charges against Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz.

Previously, it was reported that one of Sandro's cases against Nones and Cruz was dismissed by the Pasay MTC since it was deemed as an 'overkill.'

According to the court, the acts have been found to be 'simultaneous' and deemed 'absorb' in the other case that Sandro's camp filed against the two.

"The prosecution resorted to an overkill by filing the instant Informations for Acts of Lasciviousness when clearly the acts are constitutive and/or simultaneous and are deemed absorb in the r*pe case," their statement read online.

Following this news, Sandro reposted a photo post of PEP and reacted to the decision of the court.

He then clarified that the case wasn't entirely dismissed, but just one of the charges they had filed.

In his now-viral online post, Sandro vowed that both Nones and Cruz will not be able to 'sneak' and that he will continue to fight for what is right.

"The case wasn't dismissed, just one of the charges. The court removed the acts of lasciviousness charge because it's already part of the s*xual assault case, which is still ongoing. Meaning, mas matindi ang magiging kaso. But we will still file motion for reconsideration for acts of lasciviousness. Hindi sila makakalusot dito at ilalaban ko 'to hanggang huli! I will make sure na hindi na kayo makakaulit sa iba! #ENDR*PE," he had written on his official Instagram account.

It is worth recalling that Sandro first made headlines in August of 2024 after officially filing a formal complaint against the two contractors.

Since then, Sandro has become vocal about what he allegedly went through because of the two.

Sandro Muhlach is the eldest son of veteran actor and former child star, Niño Muhlach. He started as a theatre actor when he was 13 years old and is now a Kapuso artist.

As previously reported by KAMI, Sandro Muhlach recently aired a strong message for Atty. Maggie Garduque. Garduque is currently the lawyer behind Rita Daniela's case against Archie Alemania. On his Instagram page, Sandro said it was ironic to see Garduque standing with a victim of assault seeing as she is the lawyer of the two contractors.

Meanwhile, Sandro Muhlach issued a statement after the Department of Justice filed cases against his alleged abusers. In his statement published on Instagram, Sandro expressed how difficult it was for him to tell the public that he was abused. The eldest son of Niño Muhlach likewise said he had to endure online bullying in addition to the trauma.
