On Sunday, February 2, Arlene took to her Instagram page to give a glimpse of her transformation and thanked the guidance of Dr. Roland Angeles.

In her post, Arlene said she spent over 25 years weighing 'more than 200 lbs' and revealed she only weighs '196 lbs' now, earning praise online.

According to the Filipina actress, she has also 'significantly reduced' her diabetic medications.

"I'm finally out of the 200-pound zone! Alleluia! A heartfelt thanks to the incredible guidance of Dr. @roland_angeles_md for helping me achieve this. After spending over 25 years weighing more than 200 lbs and starting this challenge at 229.5 lbs, I'm now down to 196 lbs! Even more amazing, I've significantly reduced my diabetic medications. This isn't just about appearances—it’s about reclaiming my health and well-being," she wrote.

Halfway through her post, Arlene thanked Dr. Angeles for being a 'constant source of wisdom and support' amid her most-recent weight loss journey.

Arlene also inspired others by saying she is proof that change and progress is possible 'at any age.'

"Dr. @roland_angeles_md, I can't thank you enough for being a constant source of wisdom and support in this journey. While I still have more to lose, I'm confident I'll reach my goal of maybe 180 lbs? KAYA TARA NA! GET A CONSULT NOW! This is proof that change/progress and success are possible at any age!" the well-known star wrote.
