“Sa mga humihingi po ng reaksyon ko sa bagong interview nila na parang insecure pa si Pepsi sa kanila kahit mas sikat at mas may proyekto - hindi po ako makapagbigay ng reaksyon sa hindi ko na pinanood.”
The director instead shared a video containing old clips of Sarsi and Myra's contrasting statements about Pepsi's body at the morgue.
“Ang video na lang na ito ang magsisilbing paliwanag at paumanhin ko kung bakit di ko maisasama ang mga pahayag nila sa pelikula. salamat.”
“Pasensya na po. Hindi po masosolve ng pelikula namin ang misteryo ng kung sino ang nagsara sa mata at nagpasok ng dila ni Pepsi sa Morgue. 4 lang po sila doon. Patay na ang isa. Magkaiba pa ang sinasabi ng dalawa,” the text on the video reads.
Darryl Yap is a Filipino filmmaker director and screenwriter known for producing controversial films and online content. He is also behind VinCentiments, a social media platform that produces short films and viral videos that often deal with issues of life society and politics.
It can also be recalled that Vic Sotto's name was mentioned in the teaser of Darryl Yap's Pepsi Paloma movie. The clip featuring Rhed Bustamante as Pepsi garnered reactions from netizens. Yap clarified that the production of the film is not connected to Jalosjos or Discaya.
