In a TikTok video uploaded by @brratinela, Heart admitted to having done some enhancements on her lips.
“Lips lang yung nag-iba, lips lang yung pinagawa ko,” she said.
“This is true. I'm just saying the truth now if you don't wanna accept, well, wait for judgment day. Because this is all real, except that.”
