Lolit Solis, in a recent post on Instagram, expressed happiness and delight that at last, the skill of Ruru Madrid when it comes to acting is now gaining attention from some sectors in the showbiz industry.

In her IG post, the veteran showbiz columnist referred to as “exciting” the projects that are now in the pipeline for Ruru.
“Natutuwa nga ako na pansin na pansin sa ngayon ang husay ni Ruru Madrid,” Manay Lolit said.
“Very exciting ang mga projects na ibinibigay sa kanya,” the veteran showbiz columnist added.

She then praised the relationship of Ruru and actress Bianca Umali, calling their bond “lucky.”
“Mukhang lucky sila together ni Bianca,” she said.
Near the end of her post, Manay Lolit pointed to the good attitude of Ruru, saying everyone praises his good attitude.
“At lahat naman pinupuri ang ugali niya. So far so good, kaya naman thumbs up , work lang ng work Ruru,” Manay Lolit said.
Ruru Madrid, born José Ezekiel Misa Madrid on December 4, 1997, is a Kapuso actor who started his showbiz career in “Protégé: The Battle For The Big Artista Break”. Some of the television series he became part of are “Encantadia”, “Alyas Robinhood”, and “TODA One I Love”. He is currently dating actress Bianca Umali.
It can be recalled that during the Metro Manila Film Festival awards night last December of 2024, Ruru was declared the Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of his role in the movie "Green Bones." The said movie also won as the Best Picture, Best Cinematography, and Best Screenplay. Ruru gave an emotional acceptance speech which inspired many. During his speech, he also praised his girlfriend, Bianca, and co-star Dennis Trillo for their support.
Meanwhile, the "Unang Hirit" video showing Ruru just smiling at a die-hard fan of Coco Martin went viral. In the video, one can see the die-hard fan, a senior citizen, telling Ruru and others that it's only Coco that she idolizes. Ruru just smiled at the fan's comment. Ruru then said that he also idolizes Coco and the actor knows that.
