Cristine Reyes and her partner, Marco Gumabao, were recently interviewed by Karen Davila, where they talked about their love story.
During the interview, Karne asked Cristine a serious question, "Did you fear falling in love again?"

It is worth noting that Cristine was once married to Ali Khatibi, whom she married in 2016.
However, three years later, the couple separated, with Cristine confirming her annulment with Ali in an episode of Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.

Upon hearing Karen's question, Cristine admitted she had some apprehensions about falling in love again because she "got burnt already."
"I think I have some apprehensions because I got burnt already. So I feel, like right now, masyado akong very cautious. As he said nga kanina, it was unexpected, really. Wala talaga akong intonation na magkakaroon kami ng development as boyfriend and girlfriend," she told Karen.
Adding further to that statement, Cristine said she never thought she'd end up with Marco as well.
"Hindi ko talaga hinahanap eh. I never thought I would end up with Marco," Cristine confessed.
