Ai-Ai Delas Alas recently shared on Instagram a video of her walking from her home to the church to attend “Simbang Gabi.”

“Simbang Gabi” is a tradition observed by Pinoy Catholics during the Christmas season.
The actress-comedienne, in a caption to her post, then expressed her opinion about why she and many other Catholic Filipinos attend the annual activity.
“To GOD be the glory forever .. A GESTURE OF GRATITUDE - For most Filipinos, the Simbang Gabi commitment is a willing gesture to express gratitude for all the blessings they have received,” Ai-Ai wrote in her caption.

In the video, one can see Ai-Ai walking from her home to the church with her son.
She can also be heard explaining they’re not riding their car to church because it is near their home after all and they don’t want to waste time looking for a parking space.

Ai-Ai Delas Alas is a Filipina film and TV actress-comedienne. She was born on November 11, 1964, and rose to fame through her film Ang Tanging Ina, which became a blockbuster hit.
In one of her recent interviews, Ai-Ai talked about Alden Richards. In YouLOL's Your Honor, Ai-Ai revealed she cried hard in front of the Kapuso actor. She then recalled what happened back then to Tuesday Vargas and Buboy Villar. After hearing Ai-Ai's story, Tuesday also asked, "Pero I'm sure nakakutob siya?"
