Scarlett Louvelle Kramer, the second child of Chesca Garcia and Doug Kramer, marked her 13th birthday on Thursday, November 28.

The birthday girl and her loved ones celebrated her special day with a lovely birthday dinner. The íntímate celebration was held in a lovely restaurant in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Meanwhile, the celebrity dad took to social media to share glimpses of the celebration.

In one of his posts, the former PBA star said they had a nice dinner and thanked the restaurant for greeting his dear daughter.

Doug Kramer and Chesca Garcia tied the knot on Oct. 9, 2008, at the Blue Leaf Events Place in McKinley Hill, Taguig City. Their closest friends and family attended the event. They have three adorable kids – Clair Kendra Kramer, Scarlett Louvelle Kramer, and Gavin Phoenix Kramer.
Earlier, Doug stirred social media buzz after writing a beautiful note online. The said message was dedicated to his daughter, Scarlett Louvelle Kramer. In his post, Doug recalled an old conversation he's had with Scarlett about Kendra Kramer. "I remember this conversation with Scarlett years ago... 'Dad, I find my Ate Kendra so beautiful! Am I pretty like her?'" Doug recalled. He then praised Scarlett in his viral post, which touched the hearts of netizens.
Last June, Doug Kramer has taken to Instagram to share a lovely birthday greeting for his daughter, Kendra. The beautiful girl turned 15 years old and the video showed how proud he was of her. He shared a timeline video, which was a compilation of the clips of Kendra from the time that she was still young up to the present. For his daughter's birthday, he showed that he was also the one who taught her how to dance.
