Ellen Adarna, in a recent post on her Instagram Stories, expressed her honest opinion as regards breastfeeding and pumping mother’s milk.

In the post she shared on IG Stories, one can see a photo of what appeared to be the upper section of the actress’ body.

Partially visible are what looked like some type of a rubber contraption shaped like cups attached to her chest.

The actress also wrote a caption in the photo she shared, which expressed her own personal opinion about breastfeeding and pumping mother’s milk.

“The thing I don't like the most. Breastfeeding / pumping,” the actress wrote.

She, however, clarified that she has nothing against the practice and lauded those who enjoy doing it.

“If you enjoy it, good for you lol. K tnx bye,” Ellen wrote as caption in the photo she shared.

Based on the caption that Ellen wrote, the photo she posted on IG Stories could be her pumping milk from her own chest.

Ellen Adarna is a Filipina actress known for her beauty and jolly personality. Before her hiatus, she was a Kapamilya. She returned to the small screen with her previous show with John Estrada, John en Ellen. She has a son named Elias Modesto with John Lloyd. Ellen is now married to Derek Ramsay, with whom she tied the knot on November 11, 2021.

In another recent post on IG Stories, Ellen shared the words that Elias told her. Her eldest said that he appreciates everything that his mother does. Apparently, he mentioned this to his mom right before going to sleep. Ellen noted how she was touched by what her son said.
