Rita Daniela has finally broken her silence about the complaint that she filed against Archie Alemania.

In her statement, she underscored her need to be okay and how she is standing up for the people who are depending on her, especially Uno.

She also admitted that it took prayers and reflection before she was finally able to taken the cudgels for herself and file the complaint.

"I have to be OK. I have no choice because siyempre, there's a person who's depending on me. If bibigay ako, mas kawawa si Uno. Mas kawawa 'yung anak ko..."

"They've been telling me personally na, 'Hey, I like what you did. You're so brave. I hope I can be like that for myself before.' It took me a while talaga to do this, kung ano man 'yung ginawa ko kasi talagang, maliban sa pagdadasal, kailangan din ng ano eh, 'yung talagang pagnilay-nilayan mo lahat siyempre."

Rita Daniela, born Rita Daniela De Guzman Iringan, is a Filipina singer, actress, and television host. She started her career after being the first grand champion of QTV’s PopStar Kids and became more popular after portraying Aubrey Palomares in My Special Tatay. Last June, Rita announced that she was expecting a baby through an Instagram post. She gave birth to the baby last December 22. She is now a very happy mom to her little one.

In a previous report by KAMI, Rita Daniela’s heartfelt post on social media for her almost one-year-old baby earned a lot of praises from many netizens. In her post, the singer-actress noted how fast time flies and that her baby is about to turn one year old in the next couple of days. She said this is the reason why she always cherishes every moment she has with her baby despite the challenges. The singer-actress then said that being a mom to her baby is one of her greatest achievements and having her son beside her is worth it.

Earlier, she also took to IG Stories and posted a quote, which has a meaningful meaning. The quote was saying that God exposes whom one should be cutting ties with. It also added that one simply needs to pay attention. Aside from the cryptic post, the singer and actress is busy preparing for the Queendom concert along with other Kapuso singers.
