BINI member Maloi Ricalde made the rounds on social media due to a video she recently posted on X, formerly Twitter.

In the video, the P-pop idol could be seen promoting a Grand BINIverse official tour merchandise item, which is shopping tote bag.

The bag has a plain black body and a sky blue strap inspired by the girl band’s logo. Maloi described the bag as huge, functional, sturdy, and “pang-porma.”

Based on the text displayed in the video, the multi-purpose bag costs Php 199 each.

“If you get this you'll be BINIfied,” she aired in the video.

“May bag na ako na pang-ukay yehey,” Maloi also wrote in the caption.

BINI is an all-girl Pinoy pop group formed by ABS-CBN Star Hunt Academy. Their members consist of Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena. In November of 2020, BINI released their pre-debut single, “Da Coconut Nut.”

Previously, BINI Maloi created a massive buzz after posting an apology on X, formerly Twitter. She apologized after reposting and commenting on a TikTok video that seemingly mocked people with disabilities. In her tweet, Maloi said she was deeply sorry and it was not her intention to hurt anyone. The P-pop star also expressed appreciation to those who educated her nicely.

Earlier, the management of BINI released a statement on the circulating deepfake photos and videos of the members. Star Magic said their team had initiated action to remove the accounts of individuals responsible for creating the malicious content. They are also working with the proper agencies to identify such individuals and pursue legal action against them. Star Magic added that the safety and well-being of the members remain their top priority.
