Bea Binene has joined the list of celebrities who are taking active part in helping the victims of Severe Tropical Storm Kristine.

She donated relief goods and personally delivered them to the office of Angat Buhay, a non-government organization founded by former Vice President Leni Robredo.

On its social media page, the NGO posted photos of the actress in the office.

"This morning, Bea Binene visited the Angat Buhay office to personally deliver relief goods for those affected by #KristinePH. Taos-pusong pasasalamat sa pakikiisa, Bea. Mabuhay ka," the caption reads.

On her Facebook page, Bea shared Angat Buhay's post and earnestly thanked the organization.

"Maraming salamat sa pagiging daan para magkaisa ang lahat at mabuhay ang bayanihan para sa bansa, Angat Buhay!" she wrote.

Former VP Leni Robredo was the 14th vice president of the Philippines. She is a human rights lawyer. Her husband was the late DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo. They have three daughters, namely, Aika, Patricia, and Jillian, all of whom have achieved excellence in academics.

Former Vice President Leni Robredo’s photos leading relief operations in Naga City have been making the rounds on social media. In the photos posted by netizen Egine Oquindo Baral on Facebook, Robredo and other volunteers could be seen wading through floodwaters while delivering relief goods. Some celebrities then reacted positively to Robredo’s initiative to help the Severe Tropical Storm Kristine victims. Rita Avila, Gary Valenciano, and DJ Chacha are among those who penned remarks on the photos.

Cherry Pie Picache posted about Atty. Leni Robredo, who was recently seen leading relief operations in Naga City. In her post, the veteran actress penned a meaningful note about service and a couple of hashtags regarding the former vice president. The “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo” star likewise expressed gratitude to Robredo.
