Mika Dela Cruz took to social media to warn netizens about someone who uses her identity to scam people.

In a post on Instagram Stories on Friday, October 25, Mika posted a screenshot of the scammer’s online account that bears her name and her wedding photo with Nash Aguas.
In the caption, the actress apologized to everyone bothered by the fraudster.
“SCAMMER ALERT!! Sorry to everyone bothered by them... This is not my number po na ginagamit niya.”

She then warned, “If anyone is trying to message you on Telegram or Viber using ‘Mika Dela Cruz Victoriano’ asking for money, this is a scammer using my identity!!”
As per the former child star, the fraudster had scammed a lot of money.
“Nakapag-scam na po siya ng malaking halaga. They are pretending to ask for donations for the typhoon, pretending to ask for help na na-stranded kami and everything.”
Mika further underscored, “Nash and I would never ask anyone for money po. Please block them agad.”
