BINI member Gwen Apuli’s “Kalokalike” named Mika participated in the competition on Monday, September 23, and finished as the daily winner.

The P-pop idol then took to X, formerly Twitter, and shared It’s Showtime’s post congratulating the contestant.

“Congratulations 'BINI Gwen' ikaw ang Kalokalike Face 4 daily winner! #ShowtimeSeptemBEST,” the post reads.

Furthermore, Gwen amusingly reacted to the congratulatory post.

“Thank you poo,” she wrote.

BINI is an all-girl Pinoy pop group formed by ABS-CBN Star Hunt Academy. Their members consist of Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena. In November of 2020, BINI released their pre-debut single, “Da Coconut Nut.”

Angelika Sam, the 20-year-old composer of BINI's popular song 'Pantropiko,' narrated on how she was able to write the said song that propelled the all-girl P-pop group to stellar heights. In fact, even the expression "Oh Shocks!" in the song has a humorous background.

Earlier, Gary Valenciano shared an emotional moment with the members of BINI. The singer had a deep conversation with the girl group, focusing on their careers and the struggles they face in the entertainment industry. This was reported by ABS-CBN news broadcasting show, TV Patrol. According to Gary, he opened up about his life stories and advice with BINI, aiming to support and guide them through their journey. The members of BINI were deeply moved by Gary's words, showing their vulnerability during the conversation.
