Coney Reyes had an insightful interview with Boy Abunda during the episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on Monday, September 2.

In the interview, the veteran actress was asked about her fear as a mother.

“Bilang nanay, ano ang kinatatakutan mo?” the Asia’s King of Talk queried.

Coney then aired a short but tearjerker response.

“Na makalimutan ako ng mga anak ko,” she replied.

Tito Boy, who said he could relate to Coney, shared: “Alam mo Coney, ang prayer ko noon. Ayokong makalimutan ako ng nanay ko.”

The two then had a moment of silence before Coney told the TV host, “And now, I want to hug you.”

Coney and Tito Boy then warmly hugged each other following their emotional exchange.

Boy Abunda is a Filipino TV host, presenter, and talent manager. He is also known as the 'King of Talk' in the showbiz industry.

Boy Abunda's Nanay Licerna "Lesing" Abunda passed away in 2019 at the age of 90. Eastern Samar congresswoman Maria Fe Abunda, the TV host's sister, confirmed the news. Based on the Facebook post which was written in Waray, Nanay Lesing died on Sunday, December 1. The veteran host's mother was a teacher and was elected councilor in Borongan for three terms.

Bea Alonzo was the guest on July 13 episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda." Before the interview started, Tito Boy said, "This is the interview that people thought would never happen." The King of Talk went on to ask for Bea's consent to hug the actress. The "Widow's War" star then aired an affectionate response to Tito Boy. In February, Tito Boy confirmed in the talk show that the two had already broken up and called their engagement off.
