Celebrity power couple Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli have finally joined the “Maybe This Time” dance trend.

During the Tuna Festival in General Santos, the singer-actress sang her version of the Michael Martin Murphey ballad.

After performing her rendition, the Popstar Royalty sang the bridge part again and hopped on the “Maybe This Time” dance trend choreographed by Ralp Xyrel Villaruz, a Grade 10 student from Zamboanga.

"Parang hindi ko kayo nakitang sumayaw eh. Pwedeng isa pa ba sa bridge part? Parang kulang kasi hindi kayo sumayaw eh," she aired.

Furthermore, her husband Matteo joined Sarah on stage and gamely took on the dance challenge as well.

Sarah Geronimo is one of the top Filipino singers of her generation. She rose to popularity when she emerged as the winner of the television singing competition “Star for a Night.” She is also an actress and has made several blockbuster hit films. In February 2020, she finally got married to actor Matteo Guidicelli, an actor, model, recording artist, and former kart racer of Filipino and Italian descent.

Matteo Guidicelli reacted to Ralp Xyrel Villaruz’s messages for Sarah Geronimo and the actor. During his interview with the “Showtime Online U” hosts, the creator of the “Maybe This Time” dance trend revealed he would like to perform the dance craze with Sarah. Ralp then asked Sarah to collab with him and even requested for Matteo’s permission. In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Matteo wrote a positive response.
