MJ Cayabyab finally broke his silence about his absence on ‘Wil To Win’: “Nag resign na po ako”

MJ Cayabyab, a singer-actor and social media influencer who does hosting duties on ‘Wil To Win’, finally addressed questions regarding his absence on the variety and game show.

The singer-actor has been doing hosting duties on the game show since mid-July, or about the time the show began airing on TV5.

Recently, however, some of the viewing audiences and netizens noticed his absence in a couple of episodes of the show.

Just a few hours ago, MJ made a post stating the reason for his absence.

“For those who are messaging me "bakit wala kana sa Wil To Win as co host" nag resign na po ako for some personal reason,” MJ said in his post as shared on the Reddit page of ChikaPH.

He then apologized if his absence caused some disappointments to some but also expressed his gratitude for their concern.

“Sorry to disappoint you guys. Pero thank you for your concern,” the singer-actor and socmed influencer said.

Near the end of his post, he assured everyone that he’s okay, expressing his gratitude one more time, he bid ‘Wil To Win’ viewers goodbye.

“Don't worry I am okay. Thankyou everyone. This is MJ cayabyab your #wiltowin co host now signing off,” MJ wrote in his post.

‘Wil To Win’ is a Pinoy variety and game show aired on television by TV5. The show is hosted by Willie Revillame and started airing on the said network beginning mid July. It is part of TV5’s Todo Max Primetime Singko line up.

Recently, 'Wil To Win' host Willie Revillame recently went viral on social media. It can be recalled that a caller on "Wil to Win" mentioned a different show. This elicited a hilarious reaction from Willie who said goodbye to the caller. He then read aloud what the caller sent him before he called the number.

It can be recalled Willie also recently debunked rumors that his show is up only until December of this year. He assured viewing audiences that the show is not going to end just like that, adding that he's going to make some moves so it would continue. He also explained that his manner of disciplining staff on air is for the betterment of the program. He also apologized if he has offended anyone, though insisted that his objective is to help Filipinos and make them happy.
