Ahron Villena, a Pinoy actor who used to be a member of ABS-CBN Star Magic, has already revealed in a March 2024 interview over “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” the alleged abuse that he went through.

It can be recalled that Ahron received some criticisms about coming out with such an alleged abuse after the recent revelations made by Sandro Muhlach and Gerald Santos of similar incidents.

Some of those criticisms appear to point out that Ahron is trying to ride on in the controversial issue.

However, it appears that this wasn’t the first time that the actor has made such revelations.

In March of this year, in an interview over “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Ahron made the same revelation, proving that the things he posted recently on social media about going through a similar abuse isn’t new.

As many would remember, Ahron made a lengthy post on Instagram where he detailed the alleged abuse that happened to him.

Although the actor did not name the individual involved, he described the person as a director and indicated he’s “magaling” in his profession.

Ahron’s post came after famous director, Joel Lamangan, allegedly made a post about the revelations made by Sandro and Gerald in their Senate testimonies, something that the award-winning director has already disowned as his post.

In a recent statement, Direk Joel said he did not make such a post and alleged that it was made by a poser.

After the alleged post that was already disowned by Direk Joel, Ahron made his own post on Instagram lambasting someone he did not name, though there were some who believed the post was aimed at Direk Joel.

“May nakita akong post nagsalita pala etong direktor na eto na matagal na daw nangyari ung mga ganung scenario? Eh kung sabihin ko kaya na isa ako dun sa artistang naexploit at ikaw un!” Ahron said in his previous post.

The actor then narrated in detail the alleged incident that happened between him and the said director.

“Ilang beses mong tinatamaan at dinidikit ung kamay mo irerespeto kita bilang tao at direktor kasi magaling ka pero dahil baguhan pa lang ako noon at OO lang ako ng OO kasi kelangan ko din kumita ng pera pero malamang hindi mo na maalala kasi sigurado ako hindi lang ako ang ginawan mo ng ganun,” says the actor in his post.

Ahron then indicated this wasn’t the first time he made such revelations.

“Nung ininterview ako sa fast talk noon, hindi kita pinangalanan kasi may respeto pa din ako sayo,” Ahron said.

It can be recalled that such abuses within the movie and television industry again came to light after the revelations made by Sandro and Gerald in their testimonies at a Senate investigation.

Ahron Villena, whose real name is Roche Ahron Villena, is a Pinoy actor who was born on March 10, 1987. He used to be under Star Magic of ABS-CBN and is now a freelance artist. Notable roles he portrayed in movies was as JP in the hit movie “One More Chance” and “A Second Chance.”

Ahron Villena has spoken up about the alleged exploitative experience he went through with a director. In a recent post on his Instagram Stories, Ahron detailed an alleged incident where a director supposedly entered the toilet where he was putting on a plaster with an assistant. The said director allegedly asked the assistant to leave so he could help Ahron himself. According to the actor, it was the director who insisted he put on the plaster for the scene. Many netizens have been speculating as to the identity of the director that Ahron was talking about.

In a related article, singer Gerald Santos emotionally spoke during the senate hearing investigating the cases of sėxúal abuse in the entertainment industry. Santos claimed that he was rἁpėd by a former musical director of a television network. The alleged incident happened when the singer was only 15 years old. He said he opted to keep mum about it for 19 years because of fear.
