Sharon Cuneta, the one and only Megastar, reposted a meaningful quote card about "learning how to be alone" and the experience it gives.

On Monday, August 26, Sharon took to her Instagram, @reallysharoncuneta, to repost the quote card from @thegoodquote about being alone.

The quote card mentioned how 'being alone' can be "one of the most exhilarating experiences" one can give to themselves from time to time.

It mentioned how being alone can allow a person to slow down and to stop considering others before themselves every now and then.

"Learning how to be alone has been one of the most exhilarating experiences in my life. It allowed me to slow down, to stop considering others before myself, to consider myself, to get to know myself intimately, to date myself, to cry with myself, to rely on myself for support," it read.

The Megastar then agreed with the quote, revealing she's gone on "alone times" since she was a teenager and that they have served her well.

"I've gone on alone times since I was a teenager and they've always served me well!" she wrote.

Sharon Cuneta, commonly known as the 'Megastar' in the local showbiz industry, is a prominent veteran celebrity in the Philippines. She is also the mother of KC Concepcion, her daughter with fellow actor Gabby Concepcion. In 1996, she married Kiko Pangilinan.
