Kim Chiu pens a touching note to Angelica Panganiban; shares snap from wake

Kim Chiu, in one of her latest online posts, shared that she attended the wake and memorial service for Angelica Panganiban's mother.

On Sunday, August 25, Kapamilya's Chinita Princess took to her Instagram to upload a photo of the celebrity mom, seemingly giving a speech.

In the photo that Kim had posted, Angelica seemed to be emotional as she delivered a speech for her late mother, Annabelle 'Ebela' Panganiban.

What touched the hearts of netizens, however, was Kim's short but meaningful message for her good friend, during this trying time in her life.

"Yakap na mahigpit momsy @iamangelicap. Rest in paradise, Tita Annabelle," Kim simply wrote.

Previously, on Wednesday, August 21, Angelica took to her Instagram to share the unfortunate news about her mom's sudden passing.

While Angelica did not provide any details as to why her mother had passed, she did provide details about her mother's memorial service.

Kim Chiu is a Filipina-Chinese actress and television host. She broke through in showbiz after becoming a winner in Pinoy Big Brother. She was born on April 19, 1990, in Cebu City to Chinese businessman William Chiu and Louella Yap. Kim is also known as the “Chinita Princess” and was once hailed as the “Princess of Philippine Movies and TV.”

As previously reported by KAMI, Kim Chiu, in the latest episode of "It's Showtime" on ABS-CBN, talked to Beverly. During the episode, Kim turned emotional upon hearing Beverly's story. The actress even raised the prize money, making Beverly cry.
