Gerald Santos is a well-known singer, actor, and performer in the Philippines. His popularity began when he won the second season of the reality talent show "Pinoy Pop Superstar" in 2006.

Recently, Gerald shared some screenshots of his past letters to the GMA management. He indicated that he shared the screenshots of the letters after GMA recently issued an official statement regarding his Senate testimony. It can be recalled that the celebrity testified in a Senate hearing that he was séxuálly assaulted while under the GMA Artist Center. In its official statement following Gerald’s testimony, GMA said the celebrity’s revelation at the Senate appeared to be different from the accusations he made before.

It can be recalled that during his testimony at the Senate hearing investigating the cases of séxuál abuse in the entertainment industry, Gerald became emotional. Santos claimed that he was séxuálly attacked by a former musical director of a television network. The alleged incident happened when the singer was only 15 years old. He said he opted to keep mum about it for 19 years because of fear.
