Lolit Solis, sa family feud ni Carlos Yulo: "Siguro malalim ang tampo sa puso ni Caloy"

Lolit Solis shared her thoughts on the conflict between Carlos Yulo and his family.

She noted that it would seem that the wounds in the heart of Caloy run deep, such that he does not mind the P5 million reward offered by Chavit Singson on the condition that he and his family make up.

"Salve siguro malalim ang tampo sa puso ni Caloy Yulo para mahirapan siyang kalimutan ang galit sa puso niya. Imagine mo na balewala ang 5M na ibibigay ni Chavit Singson basta magbati lang silang pamilya. Para hindi ito gawin talagang matindi. At para kahit nasa alapaap na siya hindi parin niya matanggap, ibig sabihin sobra sa lalim."

Manay, however, was in awe of how Caloy handled the competition.

"Pero kahanga hanga dahil kahit meron siyang personal problems na focus parin niya ang sarili para manalo ng gold. Meron siyang disipline na kailangan ng isang athlete. Tiyak na malayo pa ang aabutin niya sa career niya.Hintayin natin siya, kung ano desisyon niya sa family life nila. Kung gusto niya ayusin, aayusin niya iyan. Nasa kanya ang desisyon. Anuman gusto niya mangyari, buhay niya at desisyon niya. Basta naibigay niya ang karangalan para sa bansa natin, magpasalamat tayo."

Carlos Edriel Yulo is a Filipino artistic gymnast known for his exceptional skills and achievements in gymnastics. He gained international recognition for his performances in various competitions, particularly in the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. He won two gold medals in gymnastics' men's floor exercise and men's vault in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Recently, Carlos received a warm welcome when he and Gymnastics Association of the Philippines President Cynthia Carrion arrived at the GMA Network Center. The two-time Olympic gold medalist would grace 24 Oras’ "GMA Integrated News Interviews" tonight. GMA News took to social media and posted a video of Caloy receiving cheers from employees. Some GMA executives were also at the lobby to welcome the gymnast.

A couple of days ago, the Golden Boy also aired a message to his loved ones. This was after he was asked to give a message to them during his appearance in the latest episode of Willie Remillame’s show, “Wil to Win.” In his message, the gymnast expressed his heartfelt gratitude to his loved ones. The two-time Olympic gold medalist thanked them for the support, prayers, and love.
