Niño Muhlach took to his Facebook account and thanked Claudine Barretto for expressing support for his son, Sandro Muhlach.

Claudine shared her thoughts on the issue in her recent live broadcast on social media.

Although what they are going through is terrible, the actress said she is glad that Sandro and his family are fighting for justice.

Sandro and Niño Muhlach have formally filed a complaint before the Department of Justice. On Monday, the actors filed a complaint of rape through sexual assault. According to an ABS-CBN News report, the complaint is against GMA independent contractors Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz. In an interview with reporters, Niño shared how filing the case gave him some relief.
