Christian Albert Gaza, or Xian Gaza, recently penned an appreciation post for his ex-partner after seeing the state of his house.

Apparently, Xian said he had already asked his former partner to leave their home on August 1 while he was traveling in Paris.

Despite asking her to leave soon, Xian revealed his ex-partner left their home in good condition.

"Gusto ko lang i-appreciate publicly yung ex ko. Habang nasa Paris ako, I told her to move out sa bahay on August 1st. Pagdating ko sa bahay on August 5, maayos ang lahat. Malinis. Very organized. Nilabhan pa niya lahat ng bed sheets, twalya, even yung mga basahan," he recalled.

According to Xian, his ex-partner even left the car keys and registration, as well as their unit, which was all under her name.
