Niño Muhlach, in an ambush interview with the media, said he had faced the two GMA independent contractors who allegedly molested Sandro, his eldest son.

In a video posted by ABS-CBN News, the former child wonder revealed that the two apologized to him.

“Actually, nakaharap ko na 'yung dalawa eh. And they apologized to me regarding what happened.”

As per Niño, he could forgive the alleged abusers of Sandro, but they have to pay for what they purportedly did to the Sparkle artist.

“Pero sabi siyempre, ako tao lang ako. Diyos nga marunong magpatawad. Kaya po silang patawarin pero they have to pay for what they did.”

Niño did not mention the names of the supposed abusers. However, in a statement released last week, GMA Network named Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz as those involved in the incident.

Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz's camp has issued a statement on Sandro Muhlach's complaint against the two GMA independent contractors. In a "Chika Minute" report on "24 Oras" on Thursday, Nones and Cruz's legal counsel Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque said her clients are deeply saddened by the "serious allegations" hurled against them. Abraham-Garduque said the "allegations do not mirror the true accounts of the event" and that they will respond to the complaint in a proper forum.
