Niño Muhlach paid his respects to the late Mother Lily Monteverde by visiting her wake on Wednesday, August 7.

He was then cornered by the media and asked about his child Sandro Muhlach, who was allegedly abused by two GMA independent contractors.

In a video posted by ABS-CBN News, Niño shared a fiery note against the supposed abusers.

“Ako tao lang ako, kaya kong magpatawad. Ang Diyos nga, marunong magpatawad. Pero hindi puwedeng hindi nila pagbabayaran ‘yung ginawa nila!”

The celebrity dad also revealed what his son Sandro is going through after the purported traumatizing experience.

“Kasi 'pag nakita mo talaga ang anak ko, nangi­nginig. He’s really devastated talaga.”

“Ang sakit para sa isang ama,” he added.

Sandro Muhlach, whose full name is Allessandro Martinno M. Muhlach, is the eldest son of veteran actor and former child star Niño Muhlach. He started as a theatre actor when he was 13 years old and he is now a Kapuso artist.

Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz's camp has issued a statement on Sandro Muhlach's complaint against the two GMA independent contractors. In a "Chika Minute" report on "24 Oras" on Thursday, Nones and Cruz's legal counsel Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque said her clients are deeply saddened by the "serious allegations" hurled against them. Abraham-Garduque said the "allegations do not mirror the true accounts of the event" and that they will respond to the complaint in a proper forum.

Niño Muhlach recently attended the senate hearing on harassment and abuse policies of television networks and artist management agencies. He aired a tearful statement on what allegedly happened to his son Sandro Muhlach. The former child star had a spike in blood pressure after giving a statement. GMA’s Nelson Canlas took to social media to share a photo where medics are seen checking his BP.
