Jennylyn Mercado, during the recent launch of one of her endorsements, was asked about Dennis Trillo's TikTok hacking incident.
According to a "Chika Minute" report by Lhar Santiago on "24 Oras," the actress said she was shocked when her and Dennis' management, Aguila Entertainment, informed her about the incident.
She likewise told their management that her husband would never make hateful comments regarding ABS-CBN.
"Sabi ko, 'Anong nangyari?' 'Yung management ko 'yung nagsabi sa akin. Sabi ko, 'Imposibleng mangyari 'yan. Hindi si Dennis 'yan, hindi siya ganu'n," Jennylyn said.

Following the issue, the celebrity mom gave funny yet practical advice to the Kapuso actor.
"Sabi ko na lang, ang advice ko na lang sa kaniya, 'Hirapan mo nga 'yang password mo!'" she said.

Previously, Dennis created a huge buzz due to the viral comments about ABS-CBN from his TikTok account. One of the now-deleted comments reads, “May ABS pa ba,” which gained the attention of netizens and Kapamilya fans. The Kapuso actor’s camp then released a statement on the controversial comments. Aguila Entertainment said Dennis’ TikTok page was hacked around noontime on July 1.
Dennis later clarified his high respect for ABS-CBN amidst hacking controversy. The actor confirmed his TikTok account was hacked, leading to false comments. He also emphasized his 20-year career without conflicts in the entertainment industry. Likewise, he stated he would never respond to comments in a disrespectful manner.
