Angelica Panganiban, in a 25-minute vlog, revealed she underwent surgery after experiencing a huge surge of pain on her left hip.

In the video, Angelica recalled being diagnosed with avascular necrosis last year, but that the pain she felt started back in July of 2022.

"Sa mga hindi may alam, meron akong, na-diagnose ako ng avascular necrosis last year, end of October nung na-diagnose ako. But yung pain na na-feel ko, nag-start siya July ng 2022," Angelica recalled.

Eventually, the pain worsened to the point she vomited, prompting Angelica and Gregg Homan to seek other doctors' opinions about her condition.

"Mas nag-worse yung pain niya, pasakit lang siya ng pasakit, hanggang inabot na ako na last week, nagsusuka ako," she recounted.

Afterward, the actress revealed her doctor noticed the collapse of her left hip in an X-ray.

"Nakita nung doctor yung x-ray ko, napansin niya na meron na ngang slight collapse yun left hip ko. Bumabagsak na yun kaliwa kong balakang," she revealed.

She then proceeded to crack a joke about his photos from the wedding on social media. Afterwards, Angelica greeted him with a happy birthday on her official Instagram page.
