She then made some surprising revelations about it, saying that no one is making “pakinabang” of her “alindog” at the moment.

She then added that she’s already 51 years old and for her, that is okay and that she doesn’t even care about it anymore.

“51 years old okay lang yan queber,” the TV host and comedienne said.

In another post, she attributed her present status to the broom of her mother.

In that particular post, she shared a video showing a little girl running away from her mother, who was coming after her with a broom in hand.

This perhaps indicated that the broom is an instrument of discipline in the video, which suggests that Pokie may have experienced such thing in the past.

Marietta Subong, or Pokwang, is among the most well-loved comediennes in the industry. Her frank and motherly ways are always "patok" among Filipinos. She used to be with ABS-CBN but moved to GMA during the pandemic. Some of her popular movies are “Call Center,” “A Mother’s Story,” and “Edsa Woolworth.” She has two daughters, Mae and Malia. Her split with Lee O'Brian has caused a buzz on social media.

Recently, Pokwang took to Instagram Stories and shared a cute photo of her and Malia. It was a photo, which she said was taken before they slept. She then posted the screenshot of a netizen who told her to remove makeup. Apparently, even without makeup, Momshie Pokwang continues to slay as she looks really pretty.

In another post on social media, Pokwang seemingly has established the link between her success and the broom of her mother. In the post she shared, one can see in a video what appeared to be an old clip of a woman chasing after a little girl. The TV host and comedienne then showed several video clips of her performances on stage. She then wrote a meaningful caption, establishing the link between her mother’s broom and who she is right now.
