On her Instagram page, @pauleenlunasotto, the celebrity mom posted a carousel of photos of her beloved fam from the heartwarming vacation.

One of the snaps shows Tali sweetly cradling Baby Mochi. The baby girl could also be seen staring at her elder sister in the adorable picture.
