Gretchen Barretto, a female celebrity in the Philippines, admitted she once was fixated on having thick lips like Hollywood actress, Angeline Jolie.

The actress-socialite talked about this with Dr. Aivee Teo, on the latter's vlog, where Gretchen gave her and her husband a much-needed house tour.

"We do all the treatments. Oh my God—and my lips!" Gretchen recalled, making everyone laugh in the now-viral vlog on the video-sharing site, YouTube.

According to Gretchen, she wanted to be like Angeline Jolie, "I wanted to be like Angelina Jolie. I’m like, 'No Aivee, bigger!' She'd say, 'No, you can't have it.' ‘Please, please!'"

In the video, Dr. Aivee mentioned how Gretchen was committed to the idea of having her lips like Angelina's even though she was generally against it.

At one point, Gretchen said, "Lumaki nang lumaki. The people were like, 'She looks like a fish.' But I loved it!"

Gretchen Barretto is a well-known actress in the Philippines and the sister of actors Claudine and Marjorie Barretto. She has been in a relationship with business tycoon Tonyboy Cojuangco for 27 years, but the latter is still legally married to Denise Yabut, his first wife.
