Donnalyn Bartolome, sinagot basher na inakusahan siyang ginagamit pagiging adopted para sa content

Donnalyn Bartolome took to the comments section of a post to respond to a basher who said that she was only adopted by her stepdad because she was still with her biological mother.

The basher also emphasized that Donna was not a kaawa-awang ampon who has no parents and that she was merely making noise for content.

"Adopted daughter kalang ng stepdad mo. Dahil kasama mo pa rin totoong nanay mo. Hindi ka naman kaawa-awang ampon na walang mgulang at hindi mahanap. Nag-ingay ka na naman ng wlaang katuturan. Pareho lang kayo nina Rosemar at Rendon, mga basurang content creators..." the basher said.

In a screenshot of the exchange between Donnalyn and the basher, shared by Fashion Pulis, the vlogger was explaining that she was not trying to solicit sympathy, in fact, she was actually doing the opposite based on her statement that it was a huge blessing for her and that being adopted paved the way for a far great love than she was meant to have.

She also said sorry that she found other content creators as "walang katuturan" and went to tell the basher that she may heal.

"Hey, I'm sorry po if you misunderstood. If hindi niyo po napanood... hindi po ako nagpaawa, I actually did the opposite. Pinagmalaki ko po yung kabutihan ng adoptive parent ko. Hindi ko po alam bakit ako nacocompare sa 'kaawa-awang ampon' when I actually told people na napakalaking blessing ng pagiging ampon...."
