"Sometimes I wonder how I will manage everything, how I will balance it all, but then I am reminded of how lucky I am to be your mom. Life is like a wave, and I should just ride it… I feel blessed to watch both of you grow up into kind young boys. Life isn’t perfect, but we are truly blessed, and my heart is full," she wrote.
