Iza Calzado, a Filipino actress, just inspired a bunch of mommas on social media after posting a powerful video about body positivity.

On May 31, Friday, Iza posted a video of herself talking to her viewers about the word "sayang" when it comes to changes in the body.

According to Iza, whether "big or small, you are worth it." In her post, she commended mothers for being able to grow life in their very bodies.

"Big or small, you are worth it, Mama. Our bodies have gone through countless changes in our lifetime, and it’s easy to get caught in the worry and concern when we’re made to adjust to these changes over and over again. But for 9 whole months, we grew life in our very bodies, a feat so powerful and challenging that we might as well be our very own superhero," she wrote.

Halfway through her post, Iza reminded her followers to go easy on themselves and that their mental health deserves kindness, too.

"As we close off Mother's Month and Mental Health Month this May, this is your reminder to go easy on yourself. We already have so much weighing on our minds, our mental health surely deserves the kindness. So when you look in that mirror and feel less than all over again, remember your power and say this affirmation out loud: I Am Worth It," she wrote.

The said photos were taken by the Stork Studio and showcased Baby Deia's cute charm. Needless to say, the photos were met with positive reactions and comments online.

Meanwhile, Iza Calzado took the time to share on Instagram that Baby Deia had dengue. The mom shared that her baby had it at the start of the year, but her little one was such a fighter. She only had a fever for a few days, and her white blood cells quickly went up. The mom could not help but be amazed by the strength and resilience of her little one.
