Lolit Solis has taken to Instagram and shared how proud she is that Kris Aquino did not forget her birthday.

She shared that Kris actually tasked Alvin to bring the gift to Manay.

"Salve gusto ko talaga ipagmalaki sa lahat iyon pagmamahal sa akin ni Kris Aquino. Grabe talaga na nasa USA siya pero nagawa pa niyang sabihin kay Alvin na ihatid sa akin ang regalo niya para sa birthday ko."

Lolit also underscored how she found Kris' effort truly touching considering that the latter is sick and is in a faraway land, and yet she is able to send a gift, which she did not expect.

"Pero iyon kasing effort ni Kris Aquino na nasa ibang bansa at meron pang sakit talagang very touching. I did not even expect na babatiin niya ako or maalala niya na birthday ko pero nagawa niyang bumati at magpadala ng regalo."

Kris Aquino is a Pinay actress, TV host, producer, endorser, and businesswoman. She was born on February 14, 1971, to former Senator Benigno "Ninoy" S. Aquino, Jr. and former President Corazon “Cory” C. Aquino.

In a previous post, Manay Lolit also talked about Kris Aquino's sweet and thoughtful gesture towards her. In a lengthy Instagram post, Manay Lolit revealed that Kris recently sent her a gift. It can be recalled that the veteran showbiz columnist marked her 77th birthday last May 20. Manay Lolit also expressed her heartfelt appreciation to Kris for remembering her birthday despite the latter's health problems.

Meanwhile, a couple of weeks ago, Kris took to Instagram and shared a lovely photo of the Binays, together with her son, Joshua. The Queen of All Media thanked the Binays for welcoming Josh and for making him an adopted member of the family. She also thanked her Ate Sen. Nancy Binay for making Josh an adopted member of their clan. Kris also acknowledged Anne Binay, whom she described as the best friend that anyone could wish for.
