Rica then pointed out the fact that resting and recovering from an ailment are almost unknown to mothers as there are tasks only them can perform.

She also said that mothers do it, even if it sometimes hurts, because they choose to be mommies.

“Rest and recovery are almost unknown to mothers. Especially of small kids, I think. And like I said in the letter for moms which I wrote for Smart Parenting (parts incuded in carousel), there are so many things we cannot be just because we chose to mommy,” the former actress pointed out.
“And it hurts…we have to admit it hurts my heart, my mind, and also often my literal body,” she added.

She then said that before the month of mothers end, Rica hopes moms would read what she wrote and realize that they’re not alone in their individual ordeals.

“Before mother’s month ends read what I wrote for you mommies out there and have confidence in that we see, we know, we notice, we share the pains that perhaps nobody understands as comprehensivley as another sleepless mother,” the motivational speaker said.
