Her daughter, Ria Atayde, is among those who took to social media to greet the veteran actress.

On her Instagram page, Ria shared a carousel of lovely photos of her and Sylvia, one of which was captured when Ria was just a little girl.

Along with the snaps, Ria penned a short but sweet message to her mother.

“Love you forever. Happy birthday Ibs @sylviasanchez_a,” the 32-year-old actress wrote.

Meanwhile, Sylvia took to the comments section of the post and affectionately replied to Ria.

Sylvia Sanchez, is a Filipina actress known for her dramatic roles. She is the mother of actors Arjo Atayde and Ria Atayde. She was recently seen on the Kapamilya series "Huwag Kang Mangamba."

In March of this year, Sylvia delighted netizens on social media with her post of a video of her daughter Ria Atayde's wedding with Zanjoe Marudo. She took to her Instagram to upload the said video from Ria-Zanjoe's wedding. In the video, Mayor Joy Belmonte could be seen officiating the civil wedding. Needless to say, Sylvia's heartwarming post about the newlyweds touched netizens.

In another previous Instagram post, she greeted her daughter Ria Atayde on her wedding to Zanjoe Marudo. It can be recalled that Ria and Zanjoe tied the knot on March 23, 2024 in a civil wedding ceremony. Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte herself officiated the wedding of the two celebrities at the local chief executive’s office. Sylvia, in her post, also revealed that March 23 was also the date of her civil wedding with now-husband Art Atayde, the father of Ria, way back in 2004,
