Kim Chiu, in a recent post on Instagram Stories, flexed the results of her High Intensity Training workout.
Based on her past IG posts, Kim has been into such types of exercises for quite some time now.
A known fitness buff, she had said in a past interview with PUSH that she’s doing such not only to look good but also to feel good.
“It's not only for aesthetics, but it's to make us feel better as well. It makes me think better. Personally, I feel so much better after a workout,” Kim said.

She’s also been known to love running and hiking, as shown in her Instagram post last year where she said that the more she runs, the more she loves her body.
“The more I run, the more I love my body, Not because it's perfect, Far from it. But because with every mile, It's proving to me that I am capable of more than I ever thought possible ♀️☀️,” Kim wrote in her past IG post.
Kim Chiu is a Filipina-Chinese actress and television host. She broke through in showbiz after becoming a winner in Pinoy Big Brother. She was born on April 19, 1990, in Cebu City to Chinese businessman William Chiu and Louella Yap. Kim is also known as the “Chinita Princess” and was once hailed as the “Princess of Philippine Movies and TV.”

It can be recalled that Melai recently tried to copy the pose of Kim Chiu on a Belo poster and shared the photo of it on social media. In her reaction, Kim said there’s no question but nothing can beat Melai when it comes to things like this. She then expressed her affection for the TV host-comedienne and fellow Bisaya.
Meanwhile in a previous post on IG Stories, the actress shared a quote about real growth. Based on the quote that Kim shared, real growth happens when a person starts checking and correcting oneself.
