Fans of the popular TV show "Can't Buy Me Love" got curious after a behind-the-scenes photo from the wedding scene of the main characters played by Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano surfaced online.

The photo caught the attention of viewers because it unexpectedly showed Kaila Estrada, who plays the role of the villain Bettina, at the wedding.

A confused fan took to Twitter to express their puzzlement, asking, "Bakit nandito si Bettina sa wedding? Nalilito ako. Alam ko mas nauna ang taping nito before yung sa pag reveal ng killer dahil last day ng taping ginawa yun. Does it mean ba na when they taped the wedding, di pa sila decided kung sino ang gagawing killer?"

Responding to the fan's question, Mae Cruz Alviar, the director of the show, shed light on the situation.

She explained that the identity of the killer was kept a secret even from the actors during the wedding scene.

"It was a secret still when we shot this," Mae revealed.

"Actors didn’t know yet who the killer was at this time, but the key people knew. I put her behind a tree so she wouldn’t be seen in the shots. At this point, it was still a guessing game for them," she added.

Kaila Estrada, born on March 16, 1996, is an actor in the Philippines. She is the daughter of former couple John Estrada and Janice De Belen. She rose to fame through her role as Sylvia in the Prime Video drama series “Linlang.”
