In her post, the actress and style icon said that for her, “life is not a race,” and so therefore one should pace himself or herself and try to slow down a bit.

“Sunday reflection ~~ life is not a race … pace yourself and take time,” Heart wrote in her post.

She then reminded everyone to hold on to their passion, indicating that it is one of the things that age cannot stop.

“Hold on to you passion because not even your age can stop what is for you,” the actress and style icon said.

Heart also reminded everyone to live their life to the fullest and always celebrate with those whom they truly love.

“LIVE and celebrate with those who truly hold your heart ,” Heart said in her post.

Heart Evangelista is a Filipina actress, singer, TV host, endorser, visual media artist, philanthropist, socialite, and the former first lady of Sorsogon province. She was born on February 14, 1985, to a Chinese-Filipino father, restaurant mogul Reynaldo Evangelista Ongpauco, and Bicolana Maria Cecilia del Gallego Payawal.

In a recent video uploaded on the video sharing platform Tiktok, Heart showed how a “rich girl” allegedly would cry. She made the video after a follower asked her on how do the rich cry. The actress and style icon immediately went through several actions indicating that is how allegedly a rich girl cries. At the end of the video, Heart issued a disclaimer that she didn’t say that she was a rich girl.

She also previously talked about shadow-banning. On Instagram, Heart said she was being tagged in various random things. This, according to Heart, was an attempt to shadow-ban her account. Shadow-ban is an act where your posts are visible to your followers but not to other people.
