He started his post by recognizing the faithfulness of God in their 28 years of marriage.

"Happy 28th, my sweetheart!❤️❤️ Truly, our 28 years is a testament that God is a faithful, miraculous, healing and loving God."

The former senator then reiterated his promise that he will be protecting the Megastar and that he will fight for her with all his might.
