Karylle has taken to the comments section of a post of Jolina Magdangal about the concert of her Ninong Gary Valenciano, and expressed how she became emotional at the last part of the concert.

"Grabe iyak ko sa dulo!" she wrote in a comment.

She also said that she found it "sayang" that she was not able to dance with her ninong.

"Sayang di kita nakasayaw," K said.

Karylle Padilla Tatlonghari-Yuzon is a Pinay singer, actress, TV host and musical theatre performer. She is highly regarded as "OPMs Showbiz Royalty". She has also received nomination for the "Best Actress for TV Series-Drama" in one of Europe’s most prestigious television awards, the Monte-Carlo TV Festival. In 2002, she won "Best New Artist" at MTV Philippines. She is a regular host on ABS-CBN's noontime variety show It's Showtime.

Recently, Karylle shared on an episode of DJ Mo Twister's show Magic 89.9 radio/online station on April 4th about a controversial issue. DJ Mo asked Karylle about the issue of Janella Salvador's rejection of Kim Chiu's sample request. In her clarification, Karylle said, "It's just that Janella is not feeling so well, and she's preparing for her big concert. Karylle also explained the origin of Janella's "kayo na lang" comment to Kim.

Meanwhile, in a previous post on social media, Karylle’s mom, singer Zsa Zsa Padilla, posted her congratulations to her daughter and the latter’s husband, Yael Yuzon. This was in relation to the sweet gesture of Yael towards Karylle in February where the Spongecola frontman surprised his wife on “It’s Showtime” with a proposal. During the show, he proposed to Karylle ahead of their 10th wedding anniversary in March. On Instagram Stories, Zsa Zsa congratulated her daughter and the latter’s husband.
