After Zanjoe made the announcement, Ria’s sister Gela Atayde took to social media and dedicated a heartfelt post to the newlyweds.

Gela also wrote a lengthy yet sweet caption addressed to Ria and Zanjoe.
She greeted Ria, who also marked her 32nd birthday on March 23, and expressed appreciation to her ate.
“Two days late since I wanted to greet you all at once cause I know this is your happiest birthday yet @ria. Happy birthday and congratulations, ate!”
She continued, “I know that when you first learned you would have a baby sister, you were apprehensive. But you have since transformed from being my first critic to becoming my unwavering champion, supporting me through all joys, challenges and obstacles. I couldn’t thank you enough for being my ate, my second mom, my mentor, and my closest confidante all in one. I am eternally grateful for the role you played in shaping me into the person I am today. I am the happiest seeing you this happy.”
Gela is also delighted that Zanjoe is now officially her brother-in-law. Furthermore, she expressed gratitude to the actor for being genuine, supportive, and caring.

Ria Atayde is a Pinay actress and the daughter of veteran actress Sylvia Sanchez and businessman Art Atayde. She began her showbiz career with Ningning, a TV drama series. Ria is the younger sister of actor-politician Arjo Atayde.
