Maine Mendoza, a famous Filipina actress and TV host, recently debunked a fake quote card that trended on social media as of lately.

On Thursday, March 21, Maine reposted a photo of a quote card from a certain FB user which showed an alleged account of the actress.

In the alleged quote card, it read: "Girls, tandaan niyo na it's not about finding the right man. It's becoming the right man for you. Kapag hindi nagbago kahit sinabihan mo na. Iwan mo na."

Aside from this, the fake quote card on Facebook even used the actress-host's sweet photo from her grand wedding with actor, Arjo Atayde.

Eventually, Maine reposted this on her official Facebook account and debunked the post, asking her fans and followers not easily to believe such things.

"Uy, hindi ko po ito sinabi ha. Wag agad maniwala sa mga nababasa online," the famous actress-host wrote in the caption of her original post.

Apparently, the unnamed female host, who is known for being "kalog," is actually "mataray" in real life. Eventually, a lot of netizens started name-dropping Maine, prompting the latter to react.

Meanwhile, Maine Mendoza has stirred social media buzz with her tweet. Earlier, on X, Maine responded to a netizen's post about her outfit being repeated. The harmless tweet was then noticed by Maine who expressed her curiosity about the post. On X, Maine could not help but exclaim, "Ang tagal ko nang curious!"
